Return Policy
We appreciate your recent purchase and we hope you love the product you bought. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our creams and balms, we cannot issue a refund once the jar is opened and the plastic seal is removed.
We will however issue a full refund for any issue that arises from a shipping problem. If your jar arrives broken and the content of the jar is spilled in any manner, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund. Please note, we need pictures of the broken jar and pictures of the box when it arrived to issue a refund. Contact us for more information.
