Temperature and Tallow:
Unfortunately, whipped tallow and tallow balm do not play nice in the sandbox together with warmer temperatures. The hotter the air temperature outside the higher the chance is your tallow and/or balm may turn oily while waiting to be picked up from your mailbox or P.O. Box.
If by chance when you receive your tallow it has started to lquify don't panic, just place it in a refrigerator or cool location. The tallow will tighten up back to the form it was in when shipped.
Note: Sometimes a temperature change will cause our whipped tallow to create a "gritty" texture. Don't panic, this is just the fat particles in the tallow crystalizing which happens with some temperature change. The minute the tallow is rubbed in to your skin, the temperature of your body will melt the tallow back to its smooth texture. The chemical balance of the cream is not changed at all and you will receive the benefits of this all-natural skin care.
